    NOTES:
    1. If existing structure was legal then it can be replaced with another structure if the replacement is also legal. An illegal structure can be replaced with a legal structure. if you're not sure if what you have or what you want is legal, please call the Zoning Office at 448-8640.
    2. If project involves adding a new bedroom or a new residential unit, please call the Zoning Office at 448-8640 to see if it's allowed or if Zoning review is needed.
    3. If there was a Special Permit or a Variance granted on the property, it may need to be updated. Please call the Zoning Office at 448-8640.
