    Bid #23-066 Shea Network Operations Center (Syracuse City School District)

    Sealed proposals will be received at Division of Purchase of the City of Syracuse, New York, 213 City Hall, Syracuse, New York, on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, for the Shea Network Operation Center until 2:30 p.m. On the same day and immediately thereafter, the sealed proposals will be opened and publicly read by the Director of the Office of Management & Budget, Division of Purchase of the City of Syracuse, New York.

    Sets of plans and specifications for the work under this contract shall only be obtained from the Director of the Office of Management & Budget, Division of Purchase upon deposit of a new check or money order in the amount of $100, payable to the Commissioner of Finance of the City of Syracuse. Checks transferred from other jobs will not be accepted.

    To have bid documents mailed, you must provide your Fed Ex account number. Your account will be billed directly for the mailing.

    Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the information for Bidders.

    Pre-bid Conference: The City of Syracuse has scheduled a pre-bid conference in order to review all of the specific requirements of this contract. Attendance at the pre-bid is recommended by is optional. The pre-bid conference is scheduled for

    Bid #23-080 2022-2023 City Sidewalk Maintenance (Small Repairs)

    Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Division of Purchase, Room 213, City Hall, 233 E. Washington Street, Syracuse, New York until 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 for 2022-2023 City Sidewalk Maintenance (Small Repairs). At this time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read out loud. Copies of the contract documents shall only be obtained by depositing a new check (personal checks will not be accepted) in the amount of $100.00, made payable to the Commissioner of Finance for each set of documents. Deposits will not be transferred from other jobs. Deposits will not be refunded in accordance with the specifications. To have bid documents mailed, please provide us with your FedEx account number to be billed directly. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the Department of Engineering Conference Room, Room 401, 233 East Washington Street, Syracuse, NY 13202.
